(a) have a valid student visa and meet the requirements of that visa at all times (this is a condition for your registration and a condition for continuing your registration); and to be assured of admission to Liberty, students must qualify to become a GAA student (a transfer program at a Virginia community college with a cumulative average of 2.0 or more than 2.0 points on a four-point scale with the intention of moving to Liberty) and submit an official transcript showing the degree diploma associated with the Liberty Admissions Office. In addition, GAA students must have achieved a “C” or higher in each community university course that applies to community transfer studies. To facilitate the transfer process, VCCS and Liberty propose the following guaranteed authorization agreement. 1. By accepting this welcome offer, you confirm the accuracy, accuracy and completeness of the statement you made with your application for admission and confirm that (in your soul and conscience) all the information you have provided to the university (or on your behalf) regarding this application remains accurate and complete. You also confirm that no facts or situations have been established that would impair the accuracy or accuracy of your statement or jeopardize your right to attend university. After reviewing the documents and obtaining a positive response regarding your admission to RSHU, it is necessary to apply for a Russian study visa at the Russian Embassy/Consulate in the country of residence of the students (with the exception of citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Ukraine). “GAA-Student” refers to a student who is studying transfer at a Virginia community college with a cumulative average of 2.0 or higher on a four-point scale and intends to move to Liberty. Liberty University and the Virginia Community College System (VCCS), recognizing the need to facilitate the transfer of students from Community College to Liberty, decided to adopt a Guaranteed Admission Agreement (GAA). Liberty offers special opportunities to help VCCS students experience a smooth transition to Liberty. Students previously enrolled at Liberty and expelled to a VCCS college to obtain a transfer associate diploma are not eligible for participation in the GAA. VCCS students who do not meet the GAA eligibility requirements mentioned above may apply for admission to Liberty, but do not have a guarantee of access under this agreement.
